I have used Russel Morgan several times before for parts and services, which he carries out to a high standard. Unfortunately, when one of my latest parts failed to arrive, the after sales service was non existant, but was instead filled with excuses, lies and ignoring my calls, blocking my messages and so I ended up having to claim on my credit card for the cost of the missing item. A real shame to lose business from a loyal customer of nearly 20 years!
