went in with a broken screen A40,the guys in store were up front with cost and advice,picked up repaired phone as arranged,alls well would recommend
Paid 45 to fix back camera for an Iphone 7, got given it back with a broken home button, claimed they weren't responsible and said id have to pay 55 to replace that. Then when i refused they tried to sell my phone back to me for 90 in an exchange, anyway i now cant pay for anything or unlock my phone without a passcode- NOTE: make sure you get them to write down what they're going to do absolute cowboys, not impressed.
An excellent all round experience. Friendly and professional service, very knowledgeable, non pushy sales technique. A very fair and extremely competitive trading experience. No reservation in fully recommending Fone Rivival. Will visit again.
