My GP and the other staff have literally bent over backwards to diagnose an issue I am having. I've had 2 MRI and an ECG. Even with the difficulty in pinning down my specific problem, they have been extremely patient. I very rarely have any issue that requires medical attention, but the Friary House team have been fantastic.

I found that all staff at Friary House Surgery are polite , very helpful and professional. All the receptionist, Doctors and Nurses and all other staff make me feel at ease and always listen to what I have to say. Over the years they have stood by me and looked after me making me feel valued and understood. I have been registered to many Surgery's in my life time and I know Friary House Surgery has been my best. All the staff do a fantastic job there , thank you. Ian Marsh

Drowning In Tea

I have no idea how this surgery has so many bad reviews since I always had good experience here. I just had a blood test done recently and the phleblotomist was wonderful. Also when I send them email I always get a reply the next morning, and I love how they've partnered with Push Doctor so I can get a prescription without leaving my house. The only thing I don't like is the long call wait time, but this is understandable due to NHS funding being cut.
