G johns building were recommended as a good quality builder. We discussed the project in depth and agreed on a start date. From the outset Gareth proved unreliable and very untidy.he proved he had an understanding of what was required to provide a good service and good standard of finish, unfortunately he didn't produce anything like the standard that was discussed or promised. Gareth brought in some good tradesmen to fit the electrics,Windows,grp roof and part of the plastering . However the stress and financial impact of having to find another builder in order to rectify gareths work has took the edge off what was supposed to be a big improvement to the property. I personally would not recommend this company
