Had a delivery of 2 parcels scheduled for Monday 11th March. Both parcels were very large and very heavy (in excess of 40kg each). On Monday only one of the parcels was delivered - I rang the Plymouth office who initially didn't know where the second parcel was, according to their system it had been checked on to the lorry, but the driver was adamant there was no second parcel. It was then discovered the second parcel had been left behind in the warehouse. I then scheduled delivery for the second parcel on Saturday 16th March. The second parcel was delivered today (Tuesday 12th) with no warning and left with a neighbour for hours until I returned home from work. There was no note through our letterbox or message on my phone to say which neighbour the parcel had been left with or even that the parcel had been delivered in the first place. Fortunately we have a good relationship with our neighbours and they texted me to say that a parcel had been delivered. My partner and I then had to manouever the parcel (40kg plus!) from my neighbour's house to ours (which due to the location of our front doors is not as simple as it sounds). I would be wary of using Gregory Distributions again.
