Took my puppy for her first cut and was rather anxious and didn't know what I wanted done to her. Gran explained all procedures and explained as it was her first cut she woukd do the best she can rather than stress my girl out and that put my mind at rest. Got a call to pick her up and what a difference she looks beautiful and I will going there again when her nxt cut us due.
