Georgian Town House, currently being renovated to an acceptable standard. This is not Gull house but the original town house which the land around it has since been parceled off to make way for Victorian housing and highways projects. The house enjoyed prominent position overlooking drakes leat.

Living there currently, while i know its a only a student accommodation its the worst one ive seen, people in the building including myself have asked for things to be fixed or replaced and nothing has ever been done about it for example ive been asking for a new chair since September 2018 and nothing always 'we never got our shipment' or ah we got them and 'we'll get them to you shortly' its may 2019 and nothing. Glad cleverstudentlets have lost ownership of it.
