A very handy store in centre of town so whilst out shopping memory bank kicked in as I saw window display and Halfords name. Entered shop and looked around, was politely asked by staff member if they could help. Told them what I was looking for and was directed to appropriate area. All Covid 19 protection and rules being observed so felt perfectly happy to proceed. Found what I wanted, no delay in paying and the whole experience was excellent. Thank you.
I had a FREE bike check up! It was really helpful to know what was wrong with my bike and be informed of the cost in advance! I was well looked after as a customer and feel like I will be continue to use Halfords Cornwall St as my first point of call for any problem! 10/10 THANXXX
