Nice when the tide is in and good views of Princes Yachts. Always see people fishing off here too.
When the tide is out, it absolutely stinks from the mud in the creek entrance. Nothing special about this place at all. Plymouth offers far better vantage points than this.
This is sometimes called Stonehouse Bridge and at one time crossed Stonehouse Creek. The creek no longer goes under the bridge. It is a bridge that does not bridge anything having said that it would be difficult to get from Stonehouse to Devonport without the bridge. When the tide is in it is a nice place to just stand and look at the boats and yachts.
The bridge that separates storehouse from devonport
Locals call it ‘Stonehouse bridge’.
