My son contacted them with regards too day care for his staffy, turns out they dont take staffys and that isnt on their website, which is rather annoying. Otherwise their reply to his question was spot on time wise and didnt seem like a unfriendly service. Just an annoyance that they dont state on the site that they don't take certain breeds (which is a bit of a time waster).
