Having been unable to access dental healthcare for longer than I would like, I was lucky enough to register as a new patient with Hartley Dental just before Christmas. Following a video consultation with Charlie, who clearly explained everything to me, leaving no stone unturned, I booked and then attended my first consultation in person and was NOT disappointed. My entire experience has been nothing short of outstanding in every way and I feel confident that my dental health is now in capable, skilled and safe hands. On walking through the door for the first time Charlie and the team made me feel very welcome, as though I had been their patient for many years, everyone was so friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. My immediate impression was of a business that cares about its patients and one which demonstrates the highest levels of professionalism. Thank you for a great experience, I look forward to my next visit.

Excellent service from beginning to end! We are visiting here and so are not registered with a dental practice. Hartley Dental was the only dental practice that responded (having tried many) and fitted me in for an emergency appointment which then resulted in two hours of treatment. The staff are efficient, caring and cheerful. My thanks to Dr. Charlie Fox for his efficient and professional dentistry. I was kept informed of all the options available throughout. Highly recommended.

Incredibly friendly, extremely warm and welcoming, just a brilliant professional team with a wealth of knowledge, great and clean facilities. Put me at ease, very easy to understand instructions in how to maintain your teeth and carry out home practice/procedures using equipment. Very happy and would happily return.

amazing staff, always helpful and responsive to anything you need. wouldn't go anywhere else for dental, don't understand how there are other dental practices in Plymouth as with service like this - there's no need to go anywhere else.
