Car has been into garage for a mot. Failed and on investigation a faulty abs pump was diagnosed. They researched different avenues and came back with alternative prices and options. At all times they kept us informed. Once agreed all work was carried out speedily. I would highly recommend HiQ for any of your servicing requirements.

Brought car in with electrical problems caused by faulty BCM (incl. indicators not working, wipers going non-stop and central locking not functioning). After a couple of days was called and told car was ready. After taking a taxi to come in and pick it up, found that it still had the same problems as described above. Two more days later called again to say was ready, and confirmed that, yes, all systems had been tested and were working correctly. On collection found that central locking still didn't work and there were a couple of new issues (handbrake light always on, temperature sensor not working). Laying on passenger seat was a broken plastic piece (pictured). Did some research online and found out that the problems I was experiencing could be down to a faulty connector to underside of BCM, had a look and sure enough pushing the specific cable in more firmly resolved the problems. Turns out the plastic piece was a clip to help keep said connector in place, it had obviously broken off during installation of the new part and no one had bothered to inform me. Contacted by email to complain about these issues but received no reply. Have been loyal customer last few years for all my repairs and service every six months, but don't think I'll be visiting again.

Had a brilliant experience with them then, and with my car having developed a fault this week, they were the first people I turned to For help. First class service yet again! Kept in touch all the way through, got a call to let,me know what the fault was, and exactly how much it was going to cost, then the work was completed by close of day.
