First time i actually went in to buy something and i was pleasantly surprised. Good choice of clothes. Being in my 70s there was lots i liked. Always thought it was for younger people. Even bought my hubby a christmas present. Will be definitely going back.

The pair of skinny jeans that fit perfect in all the rite places was hiding in H&M all this time i was so happy to find them and theyre now my favourite jeans. The shop itself was a lovely experience and the staff were friendly and helpful all this adds up to a perfect five star rating it'll be interesting to see how others see the place
Disgusting attitude from the lady that works there today. At around 2pm we went to the shop with my two girls. This lady Was stood there holding a sign saying the shop was full so I thought I would ask do I wait or come back as I had my two girls with me and it was our first time in the mall. However, we didn’t get chance to even ask that question she just shouted at us we’re “FULL MOVE ON” disgusting Customer service maybe you should rethink your career.
Nice selection of cloths but very little in a man's XL and what they did have was more like a large everywhere else. Store was clean and staff were polite and friendly. Children's cloths are very good and feel nice too. Ideal place to buy your slightly smarter clothes.
The staff are very kind and helpful. The clothes are trendy and stylish. We always buy clothes from H & M.
One of my favorite stores. First time in this one (Plymouth UK).. had fun going around. Got something I always wanted but was too expensive at the time. Huge store
