Delicious chocolate, wide variety of flavours and prices. Staff are lovely. They've also currently got ice cream.

Lovely service and Karen let us try different chocolates to try before buying and we realised we did not bit like the 100% dark chocolate, not sweet enough! Would recommend a visit and try the selectors.
All Hotel Chocolat stores I have been to have had outstanding (if pricey) products and excellent customer service. There are almost always free samples available and staff really know their stuff if you have questions. They are also friendly without being overbearing. Products are fantastic. They're expensive but only because quality is a high concern for HC. They also have some really interesting products that make them stand out from other luxury chocolate stores that play it safe with flavours. You can even buy cocoa beers, spirits, sauces and teas!
