I received a warm welcome from representative, Steve. I knew which sofa I wanted and he talked me through all the details, just so I would be certain of my decision. I was carefully taken through the options of coverings and the paperwork. At no time did I feel rushed into a decision. It was an enjoyable experience, I felt important!

Local Boy

A small but well laid out showroom, displaying examples of most of the company products. HSL specialise in products such as beds and chairs for people with mobility problems. Knowledgeable and friendly staff are on hand to assist and advise. Customers are welcomed with a cup of tea or coffee. If standard items are not suitable, a bespoke service is available. Toilet facilities are provided for customers. There are some parking spaces outside the showroom.

I bought an armchair and after a time a screw came up through the armrest and punctured my hand when I complained to the Plymouth shop I was told as I was two months out of date the would do nothing about it so I would never buy a hsl chair and I think their after sales is disgusting as I got quite a large puncture in my hand
