Looking for a premium crash helmet recently I found the staff at J and S to be friendly and helpful. I was disappointed to find they have limited stock of helmet sizes. I naively thought everything on display would be in stock and in various sizes - not so. However, I would not hesitate to go back again for more motorcycle gear as I found they gave me good service.

I went in on multiple occasions just to brows and to try on some jackets, leather suits and helmets, I walked away a few times and came back the next day . After a few days I decided I needed a new helmet to go with my new bike, i went in and spoke to Shane, I told him him what i was looking for and ended up ordering in a helmet, unfortunately when the helmet arrived at the shop it did not fit and i had to picked a different helmet but i am really happy that it didn't fit because Shane went straight back onto the computer and found an AGV helmet that matched my fairings perfectly, i had to wait a few days for it to arrive and when it did they gave me a call and said that its ready to come pick it. I then when back the next day and asked if they could fit my intercom and speakers into the helmet, without hesitation they did and didn't charge me witch is a bonus. I enjoyed my experience there too the extent that I actually handed my CV in to hopefully be employed there one day.

What a great team of assistants! Knowledgeable, personable, friendly and helpful. Got me suited and booted with no trouble whatsoever. A great range of clothing, helmets and accessories, it was tough to choose as I was spoilt for choice. A shop Plymouth couldn't do without. Good on you lads. 5 stars!!

Absolutely great customer service from all the staff but mainly Ian who served us. Nothing was too much trouble and we were welcomed to try on what we needed to until we were happy with it. J&S have all the strict COVID-19 measures in place including compulsory mask wearing where applicable and have sanitiser available to use. The staff all wear masks too. We will definitely be back again 5️’s
