We put our house on the market before the COVID pandemic. Due to the pandemic the completion was delayed until July. Throughout this time and despite the challenges Julian Marks faced, Tara from Julian Marks kept us up to date with any progress. She would return our calls/emails promptly and would liaise with our buyers, our solicitors and ourselves on a regular basis. It is said that moving house is often stressful, but trying to move house during a pandemic is another matter completely, but Tara definitely kept us sane and helped to calm our nerves. We would have no hesitation in recommending Julian Marks at Plympton to our friends and family.

The snooty attitude of staff there is appalling. So we bought a different property with Mayer Estate agents. Mayer were great, Julian Marks staff are very stuck up for minimum wage, second hand house salespeople.
