I ordered a set of tyres through their website as doing it on-line was way cheaper than in store(I called to double check it) they told me they were in stock and I could pop in at any time, when I rang to say I was coming they told me that my vehicle needed XL tyres and it was 16 more. Not very happy I agreed. The person on the phone didn't have the best customer skills and then when I collected the car I just cleaned (outside) they left the alloys filthy, the locking wheel nut on the floor instead of its place and the place where it was absolutely untidy... Not very happy..
I mostly dealt with Chloe but also with three other mechanics. Chloe was knowledgeable and clear talking. All the staff were courteous and professional. The garage was immaculately clean and tidy and I had several works done to my vehicle: all performed brilliantly, swiftly and at a fair price point. I felt very much as though the garage could be trusted and that the quality of the work is of a high standard. I would STRONGLY recommend choosing this particular Kwik Fit as your garage of choice. I understand from previous reviews of Kwik fit around the country that others may have had a negative experience, but on the four visits for four separate operations to my vehicle, I can confirm they passed with flying colours. This is an excellent garage, operated by people who care. Thanks again folks!
Receptionist was welcoming and friendly and Clive price matched four sets of brace discs and pads for me which was appreciated. The only thing I didn't like was that my seat was adjusted by quite a lot which I found a bit annoying. Otherwise, highly recommended.
I always receive amazing customer service when visiting kwik-fit. Max was amazing when carrying out my cars MOT. He also explained the advisors on my MOT very well considering I don’t know much about cars. I would definitely recommend him and the garage to others
