Very grateful to Jack for his brilliant service today. We unexpectedly had a puncture and stopped by to see if they could help us. He swiftly took a look at the team were able to fix, and they were just as quick. Thank you all.
My exhaust had come apart as apparently someone unbeknown to me had used the wrong type of sealant and the clamp came loose. Kwik Fit put the correct sealant on and tightened the clamp back up. The best part was the bill - 0.00. Many thanks for this act of generosity.

I phoned Kwik Fit this morning at 08:30 after a night shift when I found a 3cm cross head crew in my Fiat Panda rear passenger side tyre. They got my car straight in and fixed the tyre with no fuss nor bother. Friendly from the get go when I came to ask about how they fix a tyre, they are more than happy to explain and even show how, which I found interesting. I use Kwik Fit often when needed because of all the above I've just mentioned. Also I would like to include the steps taken to keep people distancing due to the COVID-19 situation. And a personal thanks from myself to all staff at Kwik Fit in keeping our cars on the road especially in these unprecedented times. THANK YOU.
