Paul Preen and his team at Plymstock were excellent to deal with for us as buyers at what turned out to be a both busy but challenging time to purchase! The online video was extremely helpful in aiding us to remember detail about the property after viewing and prior to making the offer (particularly given our location some distance away from the property before purchase). Paul was kind enough to meet us at the house on multiple occasions to assist in further enquiries we needed to make, and was able to recommend some excellent contacts for planning and architectural services. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this office, and they would be our choice for re-marketing the property in future (but hopefully not for some considerable time yet!)
