Just had my first flu jab and I was impressed with the efficiency of everyone there. Plenty of staff to guide you which way to go and always friendly staff. Thank you very much.

Compared to my last surgery my experience has been fantastic. Lovely nurses and doctors that actually care. The reception staff also are very respectful and helpful. This was uncommon at my last surgery.

I moved to Plymouth yesterday so went into the medical centre to register sobbing due to a very frustrating health issue. Alison behind the reception was absolutely wonderful, she was so lovely and kind at a time when I really needed it. I was registered within an hour with a phone call booked for the next working day. Thank you so much.

Ok, I'm going to be honest, this place shunned my mental health problems for months. I was dealing with depression, making an appointment every few weeks through my school. My nurse, who saw me in tears every appointment, ignored my obvious tell-tale signs of depression and suicidal thoughts. I even told her I was suicidal, etc. She did nothing every time I saw her. She thought I was lying, dismissing me each time with no progress. If you're dealing with mental health problems, don't go here. Never been to a less proactive GP in my life. (Ok this is coming off really aggressive, I just didn't like how she treated my mental health)

They've been fab with my boys, so far. Registered me in a day despite tail backs of two weeks. Id just suggest a little childrens play corner, other than a few books. There's long waits, understandably (as you will find in all GP's these days) so children could do with something to keep them occupied.
