The lady was absolutely lovely when I went in with my partner on a visit back to my home city from Lincoln. She found me just the right things to go with a dress (even let me try on some lovely shoes, I've been trying to hold of a similar pair now myself!) I thought I could never pull off! I will be wearing it to my graduation, and couldn't have found a nicer shop to get it from. Amazing customer service, her dog is adorable in the little window, and the shop is the stuff of dreams! Still itch to get back to this place

If you buy something to be delivered give yourself the protection o paying goods and services with PayPal. She has repeatedly failed to send out an order, promised refund but failed to do so. She was then very rude on social media about the claim.
