Appalling experience Ordered a simple meal for 2 on Just Eat and it never arrived. The order was marked as “delivered” an hour after ordering but it was not. I tried to call the restaurant but the phone is constantly busy. I had to talk to a just eat staff member on their instant messenger chat system and they told me it was still on its way. I waited another 20 minutes as I was asked to but still nothing. I went back on the chat and they told me to wait even longer! (Already 1 hour 15 mins late at this point). I asked for a refund but because the order was apparently still being “prepared” I was not allowed a full refund. I feel like I’ve been scammed. Definitely will not order again and I definitely do not recommend anyone else to either. Appalling.

Absolutely awful. My friends order didn’t arrive and we ordered at the same time. My stuff arrived but had things missing and still over an hour late. They didn’t answer the phone. The food was cold. We lost money and didn’t enjoy it. Don’t order from here!!! I never leave bad reviews but this is an awful restaurant/take-away.
Left a little card for my birthday dinner, can't fault them always delivered piping curry and rice is always lovely and a perfect little treat when I don't feel like cooking. Top marks from me (Edit) and on the next order chucked in some extra food! Support your local during lockdown. Don't cook it's almost Christmas get little India and enjoy great prices great food ️ local gem
1 star because 0 isn’t an option! DO NOT USE! Awful restaurant with abysmal customer service who clearly don’t care about their customers. Place an order via JustEat, stating it would be delivered within 50 minutes. After 2 hours there was no update from the restaurant. Tried calling 20 times with no answer. When they finally answered the phone they hung up as soon as I said I had a problem with an order. The food finally arrived 3 hours later and was so cold it had to be sent back to the restaurant. Ended up having to order from another takeaway instead. When I called the restaurant the following morning to ask for a refund, I was told “call back later”. No apology, couldn’t care less. Avoid this restaurant and their awful food and service at all costs!
If I can I want to give 0 star. Never use Ubereat again!!!! I waited more than 3 hours and no one pick up the phone!!! It was a really bad experience
