I thought I would share my experience with you yesterday at The Independence Centre Mount Gould Plymouth. I went into buy some comfortable shoes and I was served by two amazing ladies who could not have been more helpful. Their names I believe were Andrea and Julie. Their product knowledge was outstanding and I will be going back to purchase the Rise and Recline Chair. During these times of COVID they did exactly what they said they would do on the tin. They booked me in for a 1-1 appointment and they were in full masks and protective clothing. They served me and I did not feel rushed and as I was leaving they cleaned all the shop down again before their next customer who was due in 45 mins later. I am very impresesed with their service and ability to work in these difficult times. Well done to you both. I will be back again very soon and I cannot fault their expertise.

Having purchased items from the shop for my mother especially the wheelchair, I found the staff to be knowledgable and very helpful. Great to see a mobility shop inside Mount Gould Hospital. Would certainly recommend.
