Shocking how your phones are engaged all day long iv been trying since 9 am and still engaged at 16.13 this is almost every day.Im not standing in que to be told not been made up, even when its been there for days.Never get prescription on time.Needs to be sorted and it can not all be blamed on covid.

Use this on regular basis due to needing various lifetime medications. Prescriptions very rarely ready for collection. Went yesterday to collect a prescription which the pharmacy had received 5 days previously. I was told the prescription wasn't ready for collection due to them being a \little behind\ and wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. In my mind \a little behind\ is a few hours or a day at most I think 6 days is a little bit more than \ a little behind\. When questioning why such a long wait of almost a week staff get defensive and rude even muttering under their breath. If you are in need of medication and need it in less than a week I'd suggest that you use another company.

Especially today long cues. Should have a priority system and have someone answer the phones. Tried to call regards medication BUT no answer has nearly been a week
