Simplifying the complex mortgage minefield. That's how I would describe Mark. I asked Mark to help as I needed to switch mortgage providers. The main reason for this was to reduce the monthly mortgage payments. Several people recommended Mark to me people so I had high hopes. I was not disappointed. Mark explained the process, described the options and found the best deal. He helped with all aspects of the mortgage application and was always on the end of the phone when I needed advice. Mark knows his stuff and has years of experience under his belt; he is also a genuinely nice person. Not pushy and not a sales-person. He'll help and guide you through the mortgage minefield but won't force you down a particular route. If you need help with any aspect of your mortgage then you should give Mark a call. Also, he helped save me money on my insurance policies and that's nice. Would I use Mark again? Absolutely. Should you use Mark? Definitely.
