Mary Parker House is a very good accommodation for every student. The spacious rooms and your own bathroom makes it a very pleasant. The manager and the staff on the reception and the maintenance guy are very friendly and I cannot say anything that would upset me about this place. If you have a problem, they solve it as soon as possible without any question. Flats: There are several flats in the building and every flat contains 4 rooms and one shared kitchen. The kitchen / living room is very big for 4 persons and everyone can have their own shelves. The kitchen is well equipped, but don't forget to buy your own plates and glasses. Security: The security of the building and flats is high. Everyone has their own chip to enter the different areas. It means only residents will be able to enter the building without security check, the laundry room, the gym, the common room and of course their own flats. I'm happy I live here and I can recommend this accommodation for everyone. :)

I’m in my first year at uni and love it here! It’s so quite with not being to far out of town or far from the uni! With groovy staff, lots of room space and a vibe like no other this place is a definite first choice.
Mary Parker House is probably one of the best student accomadations In Plymouth. My son, over the three years of his degree has stayed in three different student accomadations and Mary Parker House is certainly the best. Not only is it a clean, well equipped modern building but the staff taking care of the students are second to none, checking in regularly with the students to make sure their okay, a home away from home. I highly recommend Mary Parker House.
Really great place to live. The staff are really really friendly. As a student I’m super lazy and it’s great for me because it’s a 10 min walk to uni which means I can get up 10 min to lecture and still be there on time. Great facilities too!
Staff are really friendly! There are great facilities in the building and the rooms are very modern and nice! Love the location of Mary Parker House as it is very close to uni, tesco, aldi, train station and the centre of Plymouth. It was really nice to stay there for the second year of uni.
I have been here 2 years now and I'm so glad that I chose MPH. Beautiful, light rooms, lovely facilities and the best accommodation team you could ask for. Definitely improved my student experience as a whole.
