Absolutely brilliant! Turned up not expecting the job to be done on my Audi, diagnosed, ordered and completed the work lightning quick. During this Covid outbreak too. Amazing, would recommend to anyone.

I was unlucky to get towed to this garage by the RAC after breaking down. Their initial diagnosis was a blocked DPF & an injector needed replacing so after a regen & clean of the DPF & a new injector I paid the bill of over 550 they let me drive the car away without road testing it. I was back the next day with the engine driving like a bunch of nails. The next diagnosis was four glow plugs needed 193, again not testing it I paid the bill & drove the car away. Returned it the next day after the engine was all over the place this time they said it was the remaining three injectors needed replacing & would cost another 700. So I had enough of this lot & took it to another garage to sort.

The guys at Mayflower Autos could not be more friendly and helpful. For a young woman, going to a garage can be quite intimidating and I always worry I’ll be overcharged. I was recommended Mayflower from my old garage for a service and I didn’t feel like that at all, they were professional and friendly and made me feel at ease. One time, they didn’t even charge me as they spent less than half an hour fixing it! They also managed to fit me in before Christmas just to put my mind at rest. These guys always go the extra mile and I would recommend to anyone! They will definitely be my long term garage whilst I’m in Plymouth!

Booked our MoHo's MOT here on the recommendation of our local garage (MoHo doesn't fit on the ramps there!). Seamless organisation from booking through to drop off and pickup. Friendly, accommodating staff, clean and well maintained facilities, I'll be back again when the annual service is due.
