Poor customer service. I called at 0830 to book for emergency dental service because I can't sleep at night and can't eat because of bad toothache. The receptionist said no available slot for me and it would be difficult for me to get an appointment because I am a new patient. They don't have separate appointment list for emergency cases. She will call me back when somebody will cancel the appointment. 3 hours later, she called back and let me come at 1205. During my visit, the dentist just gave me antibiotic and won't extract my broken tooth because IT WILL TAKE 15 MINUTES (I AM A PRIVATE PATIENT, I CAN PAY!!!). He wants me to come back after 10 days, but no available time for me again so the receptionist booked me after 3 WEEKS!!! I regret why I came to this dental clinic. Cheapest but poor customer service....

Lovely and welcoming staff. The reception area is immaculate. My Lady Dentist Dr. Smith and her assistant Jess are superb and everything they do is explained well. I couldn't be happier with my new composite fillings. Sarah our hygienist is so very professional and shares her knowledge freely. Lovely practice. David Saunders

I've been with the practice for years and generally they have been very good Today upon arrival they told me they were experiencing IT problems after a short wait I was informed they cannot obtain my medical records so were unable to provide the check up. I was told to call back to arrange another appointment. I would have expected them to call me before hand to cancel the appointment like they have had to do in the past which is a lot better than a wasted trip.

I joined this practice in February 20 20 and i would like to say, all the staff from receptionists to the dentists have always been very friendly, helpful and professional, which puts me at ease as i am a naturally anxious patient. They will try their best to see you as soon as is possible even if you need an emergency appointment or will refer you if they are unable to help straight away. I would recommend Meavy Dental Practice as I have always had a positive outcome to my problems- thank you all!

Following a few very painful (well, man-pain) days I eventually managed to find an Emergency Appointment by contacting Meavy Way Dental. Reception team were excellent firstly in listening and understanding the issue, finding an appointment (even ringing back when an earlier appointment came up), explaining new COVID-19 procedures, through to efficiently getting me into the practice and ready for the chair. Dr Joanna and her assistant were terrific - thoroughly professional approach, clear explanations throughout, made me feel at ease - this is how the dental experience should be. Thank you.
