Just got my second truck from these guys. Ed and Alex are great to work with and make things easy. They hooked me up with all the parts I need and took my trade in as down payment. None of the \tow\ trucks that were available for viewing actually \towed\. They had an excuse for everything. Their \mechanic\ isnt knowledgeable, seemed much like a dog and pony show here. The equipment was inoperable, inexperienced and uninformed salesperson, and lastly this place even knew I was coming an hour ahead of time. No one seemed to care to prep the trucks before showing or to make sure they work at least. They want top dollar for bottom shelf products. Then the \sales manager\ wants to call and make a deal with me after I've left. No thanks. Too late. I'd rather spend my hard earned green money elsewhere....
The guys at Montco Industries were great to work with. They helped me get the truck I need to start my business. Their finance option worked great as well. I would recommend anyone looking for a used tow truck to buy from Ed and his crew and Montco Industries.
The sale staff was very friendly and explained everything in detail. Alex was very kind and brought to out attention what exactly the minor things needed to be looked at. I would come back to this area for further purchases and recommend them for outside sales.
