Could not wait to get rid of this Mercedes car. Purchased a brand new 47k A45 AMG 2 years ago. Car went back to the Plymouth dealership 11 times with several faults. Eventually I gave up trying to resolve them. The garage were hopeless and would not take ownerships of the problem even though it was under full warranty. They were more interested in selling me another car which I’d have to pay more money towards in order to make the problem go away. Would not buy another Mercedes from the Plymouth Roborough Dealership. Spoke with Mercedes head office themselves ,who put too much trust in the dealership. Mercedes said it wasn’t there problem and it was for the dealership to sort it out. Talk about burying your head in the sand and passing the buck. They further said I would be compensated for this poor service. I’m still waiting, 10 months on. LIARS & USELESS Mercedes you’ve got a lot to learn about meeting the customers expectations and delivering a good service. I was so fed up with them I went out and bought a new BMW. Loving my 6 Series M Sport BMW. Oh, by the way, ordered a BMW for the wife too.

I have called in Mercedes Plymouth to ask for information how much would I pay for diagnostic. Women on the phone told me that she doesn’t know and have to speak to someone else but someone else doesn’t pick up the phone so she said she will call back ASAP. Well, it has been now 24 hours since I spoke to her and nobody called me back yet. But this is not the first time I had an issue with this branch. They are rude in there and don’t know anything just probably book an appointment which you don’t know how long you will wait or how much you pay. I do not recommend them at all. Very unprofessional people. Also have paid 500 for extended warranty on my car but when I called them to help me if the repair that I need is in warranty they were not able to tell me. They have said when I go to Mercedes they will do diagnostic which they wanted to charge me 200 and then they will probably tell me if the warranty is covered. So it is really pointless to pay 500 a year for that. I would never take warranty again from them. BE CAREFUL!!!

Absolutely awful customer care- been trying to book an A service for over a week now and nobody has got back to me. Rang now five times and spoke to Rachel on reception who is less than helpful. This is not the first time I have had problems with your customer service. If you want to be treated properly you have to go to Truro or Exeter

I get pay diagnostic they did just basic,last time they made proper for same money..Promised the things they dont do it.Its not the first time when the customers not happy if they need help or make a quote. Charge high ourly rate..My next car will be different make never ever Mercedes!!!!and their service for customers..My experince office over phone in the UK is much help full then store in Mercedes Plymouth..Thanks the lady she booked my diagnostic and she sad my two faults codes is not important etc..Rude staff!!!
