I can't thank Metro tiles enough, their customer service has been second to none - I was that 'awkward' customer (I ordered the wrong thing!) and it was all dealt with very smoothly and really promptly. The website is easy to use and they state when something is out of stock (it seems not everyone is doing that right now!) Very professional and friendly, and our tiler thought the product was great and easy to use.

I have ordered from metro tiles twice now and they are definitely my go-to now! I have amazing lilypad style tiles from them and also the New York tiles for my kitchen and the quality is fab and so is the service. 100% recommend!

First time we've used Metro Tiles and the service has been excellent. After some searching around for the specific size and finish I wanted, Metro Tiles offered everything I was searching for and were even great on price and delivery charge. Arrived within a couple of days of delivery and the communication from them was superb. Not just a standard template but personalised comms from a chap called Mark. We were advised to check the delivery within 24hrs of receipt but due to other stuff going on at home we didnt manage to check them in time and when we did open some of the boxes a few of the tiles had been broken in transit. I contacted Mark who worked with us to get us replacements for the damaged tiles. It's been a great experience with this company from start to finish and I'm glad we chose to spend our money with them. Thank you!

The sample delivery was very quick and professionally packaged. It was big enough to give us a good sample of the tile we were interested in. This is a company where customer service really happens. We ordered some new tiles for our new bathroom from Metro Tiles. The tiles were lovely, but unfortunately a lot of them arrived broken and unusable - looked like they had been damaged in transit. When I called up, Mark could not have been more helpful. Replacement tiles were sent out straight away with no quibbles. They arrived in perfect condition and our bathroom floor looks fantastic. Would not hesitate to use them again.
