I have been learning the Guitar for less than a year and I feel Mike has taught me so much in a short space of time. As well as learning songs that I enjoy he has taught me various techniques and skills that have given me the ability to go and learn other songs on my own. He’s polite, friendly and very professional. Super easy to talk to and he soon learns what makes you tick when it comes to music. Can not recommend him enough. Top bloke.

I had shared my guitar lessons with another student which helped my confidence and every session we had went too soon! Mike has been teaching me for around 4 years now, I started playing the guitar at 8 or 9 years old then stopped and wanted to start again in my 30’s. Mike teaches in a fun and positive way, he takes your strengths and enhances with them whilst subtly working on your weaknesses. He will always find a positive in how you play and tell you about it which is a great teacher quality. Would highly recommend!

Not only has my skill of improvisation improved massively as a result of Mike's tutoring, we have began completing the grades. Thanks to Mike I have gained distinction in my exams so far.
