Highly recommended! Lisa Gowing is outstanding. We used MAB when we first brought our home and Lisa's help was invaluable. Nothing was too much trouble or effort. She even travelled to meet us to go through our application due to our work commitments. We had a great deal first time, and she has just secured us another! If the other advisors are as friendly and helpful, it will make for what could be a difficult time - stress free and with great results. Keep up the good work :-)

Lisa helped me get my first mortgage back in January, Amazing communication and quick correspondence. Helped me out with queries regarding life insurance, going out her way as it was my first time buying and unclear on the ins and outs. Also ended up with a great deal with Santander. Shocking service from the SW team. We arranged an appointment and needed to arrange a mortgage quickly. We acted immediately after our initial appointment (as advised by the mortgage adviser) contacting solicitors the day after our initial appointment. Despite emails, calls, voicemails , texts etc seeking advice we were ignored by the mortgage advisor (after handing over all our personal data). Not even the decency to send a short text saying when they'd be in contact After almost a week of chasing we had no response from the mortgage advisor. The receptionist was helpful and put me in touch with the manager, but he was not interested in customer service at any level and seemed to see no issue with us being ignored for amost a week . Purely defensive with a response of 'he is busy'. At our initial meeting the mortgage adviser told us to contact solicitors asap to push mortgage through, but did not once respond to our contact. It only needed a one line text response to confirm when he would be in contact. He clearly had no capacity, so shouldn't have taken on the work. As a result we were back to square one. We have now received a much more professional mortgage service elsewhere. At least there are some decent and honest people in this profession.
