This really is a worth while visit for children and adults alike. Just make sure the Covid requirements are adhered to, and that the black and yellow tape on the floors are NOT breeched. There is a wealth of information all around the Aquarium, and is worth absorbing. A 'one way' system is in force, and washing your hands BEFORE ENTRY is desired. Plus there are plenty of hand gel facilities throughout. The views of the Barbican from the cafe area are outstanding. The staff are polite, friendly and available to answer questions. It is a brilliant visit with a wide wealth of exhibits to catch your eye. Try not to be put off by the prices of entry. You can stay as long as you desire and even go around again if you wish. There is lift facility available for families with children in buggies. Just remember when taking photographs. TURN YOUR FLASH OFF ON ALL CAMERA TYPES. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO EXCUSES.

Fantastic family day out - huge tanks to occupy & fascinate young minds. A guilt free trip as your money goes to helping protect the ocean. Great value for money as your ticket gives you a free annual pass included. Cafe has fantastic view of Plymouth harbour. Baby changing facilities & plenty of places to sit.

Fantastic aquarium full of interesting tanks with exciting designs. There is always a host on hand full of enthusiasm and information to chat or answer any questions and helpful information on the walls. There's also a cafe with beautiful views and your ticket provides membership for a year to return as many times as you like!

Great colourful and informative displays, walk through shark and stingray tunnel was great. Good value.for money, good one way system, clean tanks and friendly staff. Just a shame some some people barge past others who have the politeness and patience to keep a distance and let their children run riot.

Amazing aquarium with a fantastic range of underwater creatures. The large tank is incredible and I loved how you get different views of it. From a COVID perspective it was well thought out and the one way system worked well. Staff greeted us upon arrival and clearly explained the changes. We spent just short of 3 hours there and felt like we'd done it all thoroughly so be sure to combine it with something else if you want to make a day of it.

Great few hours out with lots to see. Lovely clean aquariums and the main exhibit is the largest tank in the UK, well worth a visit. Good social distancing guidlines in place and currently a one-way-system to assist with this. Clean, tidy and a great day out.
