After going into the Plymouth branch I ordered online thinking my order would come from the local branch it didn't, it came from somewhere in Wales. The delivery arrived damaged and was therefore useless. After returning the damaged items I returned to the Plymouth branch today to purchase another pack of bath panels and 3 end strips. The guy in the Plymouth branch was absolutely brilliant providing a first class service.I only wish I'd purchased in-store rather than online in the first place. If you live local to Plymouth believe you me it pays to use the local branch than buy online. I've since read online reviews of the online company and it repeatedly mentions damaged goods delivered and poor service, wished I'd read them first!
