Very low reception friendliness I went there asking for the appointment the lady was shouting talking to me that everyone around could hear her, the reception should be confidential quiet easy friendly person not a loud person that everyone can hear ur privacy I will never. Go there again

Much better than Natwest, but the online banking doesn't work! It keeps telling me that my credentials/ passwords are incorrect even though I just changed then and tested them last week. So suddenly now it's not working. Very annoyed, since I've lost my debit card and I can't access information especially since banks are hardly ever open! How am I supposed to check my account if the online banking doesn't work and the banks are closed?!

The Branch is fine....Nationwide are a shocking Bank to work with.They lie and make false accusations against you.If you are thinking of joining a Bank stay well clear of Nattionwide
