Very professional Martial Arts School, myself and my family have trained with them for more than 6 years. It is a great way to improve fitness, and self confidence for children and adults alike. Well structured serious martial arts training, taught in a relaxed friendly atmosphere. Very family orientated, strong ties to three or four other local schools making it possible to find a class time and day to suit, or the possibility to train everyday if you feel the need. Lots more going on than just the Martial Arts Classes, they run Competitions, Family Camp, Fitness Boot Camps, Christmas Parties, Easter Egg Hunt, Beach Days and much more.
