'Next Home' in Marsh Mills Plymouth is a smart stylish and spacious store with helpful and polite staff. This store is soon to be closing as it is moving into the brand new and massive 'Next Retail' store nearby and currently nearing completion. We were there in January 2019 so the move may well have happened already. The new store will carry an extensive range, a coffee shop and a small number of concessions. Exciting times!

Been trying to get hold of a lampshade that was out of stock. Phoned customer service located one at Bristol. A big thank you to Alice at the New Plymouth store. She phoned Bristol and is getting it sent to Plymouth. What great service and helpful staff.
Love this shop. Great quality beautiful designs. Can spend a small fortune easily. But it worth every penny.
We bought a table that was an ex-display model. Paying there and then, we could collect it next day. When we asked if it could be dismantled and wrapped up after the purchase, as we were concerned about scratches in the meanwhile, the staff member was very patronising repeating it was ‘sold as seen’ (not quite grasping that we were concerned about it sitting there after making payment). She assured us it would be ready and bubble wrapped when we arrived. Of course we showed up the next day and nothing had been done. Didn’t get it wrapped, had to wait for someone to come and dismantle it, took it home with no protection. Good product, awful service.
Superb service from Taylor today. Good line of products for the home here. We spent quite happily. New bedding is very nice. We'll be back.
