Visited today very rude girl on level 1 entrence. I realise we have to queue for entry but she was so rude it was unbelievable will never visit again terrible customer service

Very poor customer service experience in the 'Home' department. Rude and offhand staff.
Always find something i like here. Love the home dept to where there are unusual things. Ladies men and children clothes. Quite a nice cafe for drinks and light bites.
Nice range of clothing for women, men and children, but rather expensive. They also sell a decent range of accessories and gift type items. They have wide fit shoes, but they do not have there own section and can be very difficult to find. The coffee shop inside is OK, but there are better ones on the ground floor of Drakes Circus.
Nicely laid out shop with a handy homewear section. Good range of clothes and shoes but often not anything out of the ordinary. Occasionally some lovely pieces however. Love this summer's linen dress.
