Using Nova Homes to sell a bungalow was a very good choice. The service is professional, efficient and extremely competitive on price. The property was portrayed in a very accurate and comprehensive way, the video option well worth the relatively small extra cost, I can highly recommend that. It was always possible to get in contact with someone, updates and progress were reported promptly. Nova Homes found a buyer very quickly and the agreed marketing and sale price realistic. Overall I can highly recommend Nova Homes and would certainly choose them again.

Having used various letting agents to manage my properties; some good, some not so good. Having now had Novahomes managing my properties for maybe three years I have no need to look any further. I have been more than satisfied with the very experienced letting team. As I do not reside in Devon, but another county I rely heavily on Novahomes for any issues, and an up to date communication when safety certificates are due; in fact anything appertaining to my properties Novahomes are 100% reliable. For my properties I can say that without fear of contradiction. For maybe up and coming landlords, or even established landlords I would highly recommend Novahomes.
