Walk in the store and your instantly shadowed by staff listening in on your conversation, then they strike by trying to show us stuff were not interested in then when we finnally find something we like they over sell it, and promise you this promise you that, we ended up spending close to 2k as we needed a table and chairs that seated 3 seats each side and was told from some clown called Adam that yes sir this tables size will 100% fit 3 seats each side! we believed him and the picture attached is what arrived! we then called the store to ask what an earth has happened here and all the manager said was we dont deal with after sales! its not our concern call customer service's! The Manager of the Plymouth store is a complete clown and shouldnt manager anything i mean were surprised he can manage to get himself dressed every day and that he knows how to even breath! PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE AND BE STRESS FREE AS WERE WAITING FOR COLLECTION AND REFUND!

Not too bad. Some pressure to buy, but expected that, as so close to xmas. Ended up purchasing with a reasonable deal and delayed delivery which is what we needed, with a promise to match price if cheaper in sales. Salesman offered real advice that mattered and was very helpful when we explained what we needed and when.

You know what you're going to get here, good variety of furniture and reasonable quality. However, no need to bring your shadow as you'll be provided with one as you walk in the door. If you're someone that likes to browse and take your time then you might find a salesman around every corner a little too much.
