On arrival staff were welcoming, wed pre booked a test drive & after a few minutes we we’re off. However we left feeling very disappointed - the man who was seeing to us really disappointed himself & the company. After quoting us, my partner explained that he’d seen the same car advertised for 150 less on their advertisement. Straight away the man actually said oh i didn’t expect you to of seen that advertisement! - firstly why hadn’t he just got back to us at the best price? Secondly I can’t help thinking that had my partner not of had the acknowledgment we’d of been ripped off. I think it’s a sad reflection on the company. 150 is a lot of extra money for a pretty basic car. After going off he then came back with saying that the advertisement was for Falmouth & hadn’t reached Plymouth yet. But even so lowering the quote but still giving it higher than its advertised for. Completely insulting. Please if you use ocean mini, find the figures & don’t be ripped off. Unfortunately they’ve lost our custom. Being that we weren’t going to be ripped off, we’d of done a deal. Shame.

Have just returned from an appointment for MOT and Service at this place.The organisation was utterly shambolic just as bad as last year.The service advisors don’t listen,do not do joined up thinking and lack coordination.The only conclusion is that this place is badly led and managed and when managers hide away in their offices you know it’s going to be a disaster.We absolutely love our Mini but will never return here.
