When deciding to change my career path completely, I found Daniella. This, I remember to be a very positive and pivotal moment for me. Having decided that a career within the care industry was my calling, Daniella attentively guided me through every step of the recruitment process. She helped me create a CV and covering letter (I had never had to use either before!) and aided in settling my pre-interview nerves. Daniella placed me within an assisted residential home, and I began my first NVQ. It was a great opportunity for me to be able to learn as I earned. I achieved all of my training and had gained a lot of valuable experience with care for those with brain injuries. Years later, I have now taken these skills and abilities to use within the NHS, and still go to Daniella for advice and guidance.
