Awful! Never answer the phone or call back!
After going to another housing estate in Plymouth and being ignored we decided to look at this estate and what it could offer. We had a comprehensive run down of what was involved and what we could expect from the sales staff. The sales staff were friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly helpful. The lady suggested we look at another one of their sites in Plymouth and from here we bought our beautiful house. A note to the other company don’t ignore your customers you lost out on a sale.
I have been looking to buy a first home, and had heard very good things about the Persimmon Palmerston Heights plot so thought I would give them a try. The sales team were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and they were all very knowledgeable about first time buying, explaining clearly and openly all of my options, plus they were the first people to help me understand what a Help to Buy ISA was and how it works, which was just invaluable. Persimmon have really built a friendly and highly capable team at the Palmerston Heights site and they have by far been the best people so far in my quest to buy a first home! Would highly recommend!!
