We all have things we want to improve in our lives, but it's not always clear exactly how we get there. How we overcome old habits that we KNOW we shouldn't be doing. Bottom line is: we need tools, systems, and a resource of knowledge that can help guide us - one day at a time. I’m a Speaker, Author and fully qualified and insured Personal Development Coach based in Plymouth, Devon and I specialise in Coaching people to optimise their Mental Performance. No matter how successful you are, there’s a gap between where you are and where you want to be. If your career is going great, you very often don’t have time for your kids. If your relationship with your kids is wonderful, your body and emotions may be out of balance or things with your intimate relationship aren’t where you want them to be. In my sessions I use a mixture of CBT, NLP, Hypnotherapy, Neuroscience and Mindfulness to bridge the gap and bring out the best in you.
