Found to be a pro landlord company in my opinion . Had carpet and building professionally cleaned prior to departure Check out inspection for a 2bed bungalow took over 2hrs . With landlord present aswell. (The forensic team) Even asked after a brush from 4 yrs ago. Carpet a bit worn in door way? ( 4yrs walking on it) bit of dust on blinds??? A very stressful experience.
