Contacted this company to arrange wired fire protection in a large domestic residence. Appointment made but they didn't show up. When we contacted them we were told they are busy on a large commercial job, had forgotten our appointment and actually they didn't want small domestic work. Disappointing. I am reminded that this company has visited our property twice due to a faulty alarm system. We were delighted by their swift response which is why we invited them to replace it. Our disappointment is about being forgotten, and apparently too small a job.
