My first six weeks with Ali at Plymouth Health and Fitness have been brilliant and I've enjoyed every second of my training there. Ali is such a friendly guy with so much knowledge and time for his clients, you really feel like you are getting a very personalised and specific training plan for you. As well as showing you what to do, he shows you how to do it so you know you are getting the most of each workout - which changes each session so you are always advancing and learning new things. I decided long before the end of my first six weeks that I would be continuing with Ali (even despite the restrictions of a national lockdown) and I can't recommend him enough.

What a fantastic gym! Ali offers a great PT service. He spends so much time making sure your workout is tailored completely for you and ensures that you really concentrate on developing the correct form to avoid any injuries and to improve your strength and fitness. Ali's gym is awesome - such a refreshing change to the usual gym scene.

I have been training with Ali now for over 6 months and I have seen a massive improvement in my strength, technique and body. His knowledge is extremely impressive and he is by far the best trainer I have come across. I am in the armed forces with a previous injury and Ali has helped me get back to full fitness and also helps me to train for upcoming deployments. I highly recommend him to anyone.
