Easy parking. Friendly staff, enough to do to keep the kids occupied for a few hours. I thought the prices were on par with other similar places. Service a LITTLE slow in the cafe upstairs and the hot chocolate we order were served luke warm, but to be fair, they did knock them off the final bill.

Great place, I go here quite a lot... Great food, bar with amazing views! and lots of events like comedy night, great activities for kids and adults and really welcoming staff. Definitely worth having a look

Daughter had party here. The snow tubing was brilliant. Well worth the money. The lady that helped us there was great. Had such a laugh with the girls. However the tobogganing was rubbish!! Very slow, kept getting stuck. The lady who was doing it had such an attitude, wasn't a good experience. We then did the viper run with the fun staff member & this was fantastic. Lot's of laughs from the party. Food was not great, as very small portions, especially as they had had a tiring couple of hours. they were really hungry & only had about 4 chips each with their few nuggets! Ice cream was a tiny spoonful. Ideal if children very young, but older kids want bit more food! Would not have a party here again, but would definitely return for the snow tubing.

Bit tired but a fun few hours at a good price to take the kids too. Fun for big kids as well. Staff were friendly as well

The Holiday club was ace, my son loved it and it was a great introduction to skiing before his school trip. Staff are all friendly and helpful.
